Integrity Financing Corporation was founded in 1969, being one of the oldest if not oldest pension financing company that is dedicated to fellow retirees for the AFP.
The very founders of Integrity Financing Corporation were AFP veterans themselves, graduating from batch 1942 and were therefore involved with the World War II. After the founders survived the Bataan Death March, they returned home as official graduates but without an official graduation ceremony, the founders saw the need for veterans to support their home lives.
Without an avenue or assistance available at the time, they endeavored to open one of the first, if not the first ever financial support company dedicated to the retired AFPs.
They understood that the people who should help fellow veterans are also experienced veterans as well. With World War II at the end, many of their fellow retirees needed as much help as possible to survive the day-to-day challenge and the founders of Integrity Financing Corporation was going to be a much-needed solution to this very issue.

FOUNDERS
Col. Pedro Gonzalez
CEO, Financial Corporation
Even before graduating with the entire batch, they were forced to go into war as enlisted AFP soldiers. 1941 start of the war, they were sent into battle to represent the Philippines and other countrymen. Col. Pedro Gonzalez is among the surviving people who experienced the death march with his 2 brothers, and he continued on to retire and become a proud founder of Integrity Financing Corporation.

Batch of 1942, much like the other founders, he was also able to have an official graduation ceremony due to the war. In fact, their official yearbook was only done 10 years after of their official graduation, which still had no official ceremony. Another survivor of the Bataan Death March, Col. Antonio Gonzalez continued to be part of the founding fathers of Integrity Financing Corporation.
Col. Ceferino Sarmenta
CEO, Financial Corporation
The current Chairman and President of Integrity Financing Corporation. He is 100 years old and still comes to the office on a daily basis, to show his dedication to the company and his fellow retirees. Being one of the original founding fathers of the company, Col. Ceferino Sarmenta envisions the company to continue supporting AFP veterans throughout the years and being an empowered institution that the retirees can depend on.
Engr. Conrado Ochoa
CEO, Financial Corporation
Perhaps one of the most trusted colleagues of the founders, Engr. Conrado Ochoa worked on a project with one of the founders before Integrity Financing Corporation was founded, and was invited to join as a trusted partner given his dedication and trustworthiness. Integral to the growth and achievement of the company, Engr. Conrado Ochoa worked tirelessly alongside the other founders to make the company the success it is today.
